Christopher is the Founder of Simplex Heritage Co., Ltd., Japan's first multi-family office with merchant banking functions. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of BEENEXT Capital Management, Investor at GCM Grosvenor, and Analyst at JPMorgan Securities Japan.
He is a Senior Executive Advisor to NEC Corporation and a Strategic Advisor to the Shibuya Municipal Government. He is a Visiting Lecturer at Stanford University's Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Fellow at the International Strategy Forum, a member of the Milken Institute's Young Leaders Circle, and an Associate Leader of the U.S.–Japan Council.
He is a recipient of the Forbes 30 Under 30 List in Finance and Venture Capital and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oxford.
